Information on Eczema - How I Boost My Immunity
By Janet Simpson Platinum Quality Author

When I suffered severe eczema, taking my picture was the last thing that I allowed anyone to do.

But it doesn't have to be that way. You don't have to hide away.

Creating a stronger and more powerful immune system will go a long way to helping your body heal itself from all manner of ailments including that of eczema. A weakened immune system makes you susceptible to eczema, asthma, allergies, regular colds and flu, candidiasis and slow healing wounds to name just a few ailments.

Boosting your immune system is vital in order to live longer, feel younger, enjoy optimum health and handle stress.

For me, once I went through the immunity boosting regime, my skin looked smoother and clearer and I felt energetic all day.

So what are the best ways to boost your immunity:

#1 - Boost your immunity step 1: Exercise for approximately 20 minutes per day. This can include gardening, dancing, swimming, cycling or brisk walking.

#2 - Boost your immunity step 2: Take in as much daylight sunshine as you can. The body produces vitamin D which is very important in regulating skin cells.

#3 - Boost your immunity step 3: Avoid foods that may contain high levels of pesticides and hormones. Choose instead to buy organic fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy products.

#4 - Boost your immunity step 4: Avoid polyunsaturated vegetables oils and products produced from them. Instead use extra virgin olive oil, advocado or coconut oil.

#5 - Boost your immunity step 5: Increase the amount of immune-enhancing foods you eat each day. Foods such as broccoli, sea greens (chlorella and spirulina) and fruits.
